These terms apply to every order placed with ONLYWAY GBR LTD, company number 08491764, VAT registration GB355734480, trading as ONLYWAY JEWELRY.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% where it applies. Where an order is shipped outside the United Kingdom, any import charges are payable by the recipient.

Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery is not affected by our 30-day returns policy.
